Welcome to Iron House Fitness, where strength, movement, and community come together.
We are a hybrid strength and conditioning gym built for people who want more than just a place to work out. Our mission is to help every member build confidence, move better, and feel stronger through functional training and personalized coaching.
Our team specializes in one-on-one personal training, small-group training, and crossfit style classes, plus our unique Hybrid Cycle Program that blends high-energy cycling with targeted strength training for a complete, balanced workout experience.
For members who prefer independent training, we offer a full selection of cardio machines and free-weight equipment, giving you the flexibility to train on your own terms.
Whether you’re brand new to fitness or an experienced athlete, our programs are designed to challenge you safely and progressively.
We are also proud to offer on-site Physical Therapy through Invictus Physical Therapy, giving members direct access to rehabilitative care and performance-focused recovery.
