60 minutes of specially designed cardio and strength training with heart rate zone training to help you achieve maximum calorie and fat burn! Compared to your standard weight training session, you can burn fat and calories with REDLINE bootcamp for 24-48 hours after your workout is over! All fitness levels welcome.
Participants can purchase an Iron House heart rate monitor at the front desk. Monitors are not required but are encouraged!
Iron Body will get you leaned, toned, and fit fast! Our instructors will use a scientifically proven system of moves and techniques using light to moderate weights. This head to toe workout will help you build lean muscle and burn fat long after the workout is over.
KBX (Kettlebell Cross Training)
Help kick all your fitness goals into high gear with the kettlebell! Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure. With a focus on integrating breathing, movement and alignment with your ability to control balance and weight. All fitness levels are welcome!
Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. All fitness levels are welcome.
Cycle Core 40/20
Jump on one of our bikes and start peddling! These classes provide an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels. Our certified instructors will lead you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn. The best part is that you control your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously progress forward from your current fitness level. This combination class will have you spending 40 minutes on the bike for an amazing cardio workout, and 20 minutes pumping dumbbells to build core strength.
Cycle 45 is an indoor cycle class lasting 45 minutes that integrates motivating music, mind-body synergy and unparalleled training benefits.
Cycle and House Ride
Cycle is a high energy indoor spin class led by a motivating instructor and accompanied by the instructor's unique playlist of powerful and energizing music. Cycle is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories. Because cycle is low impact it is suitable for most people, and our classes can accommodate all ability levels.
A high intensity total body workout that combines strength and endurance through a combination of functional movements, core work, interval training, plyometric exercises, muscle conditioning, and partner drills. Ranging from circuit style that kick starts your cardiovascular fitness to creative muscle building exercises using minimal equipment. Each class with bring its own challenges, no two classes will be the same! All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join.
In this class resistance bands are used to provide constant tension on the muscle and therefore a new challenge. Resistance bands allow you to focus on both the concentric (lifting portion) and eccentric (lowering portion) of the movement. This action results in better range of motion and strength. Our instructor will help you pick a band with a resistance appropriate to your strength and the specific exercise you will be doing.
