This class is taught by:

Mark Young

Personal Trainer/Bootcamp Instructor
ERC Certified Personal Trainer
CPR/AED Certified
NASM Certification Pending
Gym to gym, trainer to trainer, everything and everyone tend to blend together; similar certifications, similar backgrounds, similar promises. However, what separates Mark from the rest of the group, what makes him stand out above all that is, HE HAS BEEN IN YOUR SHOES. Growing up through high school Mark was 60 pounds overweight, he was a developing athlete, and most importantly, he understood the challenges each possess. Senior year of high school he dropped the weight and went on to play football at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst which ultimately led to his passion of studying Exercise Science at the University of Connecticut. Through experience and study, Mark is a diverse fitness coach with his specialties in weight-loss, athletic strength and conditioning, mud-races and Bootcamp. His welcoming personality mixed with his regimented coaching style make for a fun, but structured session. He’ll make you feel comfortable in a new environment with RESULTS as the top priority.
