  • Cycle is a high energy indoor spin class led by a motivating instructor and accompanied by the instructor’s unique playlist of powerful and energizing music. Cycle is challenging, fun, and one of the best ways to improve cardiovascular fitness while burning lots of calories. Because cycle is low impact it is suitable for most people, and our classes can accommodate all ability levels.

  • Find the right way to work out! Iron House trainers will teach you the correct way to use equipment, and appropriate form and technique for cardiovascular work and free-weight training.

    Clients having special medical needs, such as arthritis, diabetes or obesity. Iron House trainers will help you with these or other issues, including low-back pain, rehabilitation from injury and pre/postnatal training. Your Iron House trainer will work with your physician, physical therapist to plan a safe, efficient program that will speed your recovery or enable you to reach your health goals.

  • Small Group training at Iron House will give you the tools you need to get results and have fun all at the same time! This format, allows people to train with a personal trainer at the same time. We have several training blocks that you will find to fit your schedule. Small Group Training can be purchased as a monthly membership or individual sessions. All fitness levels will feel comfortable as our trainers format the sessions to the individuals.
